‘Isomorph’ by MONOCOLOR

“The video work Isomorph, which was developed especially for the facade of the Kunsthaus Graz, works on the threshold between form and line. Generative noise patterns slowly dissolve from sober strokes, which in turn merge into complex patterns. In his installation and performative works, the audiovisual artist MONOCOLOR (MNCLR) explores shadows between image and sound. He uses generative processes and real-time graphics for his organic, flowing and dynamic visual worlds. He is currently studying Digital Art at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna.” – Excerpt from Universalmuseum Joanneum’s website.
